Terms of Use — Saysame

Effective date: 2026-09-10
Last updated: 2026-09-11

This is the published version of this page, at https://saysame.app/terms.

1. Agreement

By installing and using Saysame (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please uninstall the App.

2. The App

Saysame is an iOS app published by KrapowKaidao Studio ("we", "us", "our") that helps you create voice-driven reminders. It runs on iPhone and iPad.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

4. Subscriptions

The App is free to download. A Premium subscription is available as an in-app purchase. The current price of each plan, in your local currency, is shown in the App before you subscribe and on the App Store product page:

Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewals are charged to your Apple ID. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.

Premium unlocks: unlimited widget presets (free tier is limited to 2), up to 5 photo attachments per reminder (free tier is limited to 1), up to 5 file attachments such as PDFs and documents, Urgent full-screen alarms, applying a Smart Detect suggestion found in a photo (free users see the suggestions), and Action Button quick-launch.

Family Sharing is enabled. One Premium purchase covers all members of your Apple Family.

5. Your content

You retain full ownership of all reminders, notes, photos, and other content you create in the App. We do not access, view, or modify your content. See the Privacy Policy for details on where your content lives.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any reminder will be delivered at a specific time. iOS limits how many notifications an app may have scheduled at once and may defer background activity; we make best efforts but do not guarantee delivery.

Do not rely on the App alone for safety-critical reminders, such as medical, legal, or financial matters.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the App is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim (which may be zero if you only used the free tier).

9. Changes to the App

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or App Store release notes.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Last updated date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version, and material changes will be announced by an in-app notice or in the App Store release notes. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not, you can stop using the App and uninstall it.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of unused subscription time; refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy.

12. Apple

The App is also covered by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies alongside these Terms and governs how Apple, the App Store and your purchase relate to each other.

Apple has no obligation to provide support for the App — that is ours (see Support). You acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid in a given jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in full force.
